My name is David Jenkins and it my pleasure to be Assistant Principal at GSIC.  I have been a Hephzibah native and lived here the majority of my life.  I attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Agricultural Education.  I began my teaching career at Hephzibah High School, where I have taught for the past 12 years. 

I now proudly serve as the Assistant Principal at Georgia School for Innovation and the Classics, where I hope to continue to make a positive impact on student academic achievement and their attainment of a lifelong love for learning.  I am passionate about education and desire to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, teachers, and all members of the community.
